Five-Day Refund/Exchange Policy
At Lucid Diamond Co., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, please notify us promptly. Items are eligible for a refund or exchange within five (5) days from the delivery date.
Items Eligible for Refund/Exchange
- The condition of the watch or jewelry item is not as described.
- The watch or jewelry item is defective or damaged.
Items Not Eligible for Refund/Exchange
- Final sale items.
- Items that have been worn and damaged.
- Custom orders or specifically sourced pieces.
Refund/Exchange Conditions
To qualify for a refund, the item must be in the same condition it was sold in. Please retain all original packaging and return all items included in the original shipment. Pack your return securely to prevent damage during shipping. Refunds may be delayed if any items from the original shipment are missing.
Refunds
Upon receiving your item, we will inspect it for any signs of wear or damage. Once the inspection is complete, a refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method. In the unlikely event of a lost return package, an insurance claim will be filed, and a refund will only be issued upon claim completion. Lucid Diamond Co. does not offer cash refunds. Please allow up to three (3) business days for funds to appear in your account.
