Warranty Policy
Lucid Diamond Co. Limited Warranty
At Lucid Diamond Co., our commitment to quality extends beyond the point of purchase. Every luxury watch or piece of jewelry bought or serviced with us is covered by either the original manufacturer's warranty or our limited warranty, effective from the date of purchase. Certain exclusions may apply. The purchase date is established based on the date listed on your invoice or any other valid proof of purchase.
Luxury Watch Warranty
For watches with less than a one-year remaining manufacturer warranty, Lucid Diamond Co. will cover the difference up to a one-year warranty period from the date of purchase. In cases where a manufacturer warranty applies, Lucid Diamond Co. may submit warranty claims directly to the manufacturer for evaluation, following their warranty terms. Watches serviced by the manufacturer are covered by their specific service warranty, which takes priority over any Lucid Diamond Co. warranty. If a watch component fails after manufacturer service but within our one-year coverage, we may choose to repair or replace the component.
Vintage Watch Warranty
Due to limited availability of replacement parts and challenges with repairs, Lucid Diamond Co. does not cover vintage watches under our warranty. Watches 25 years or older are considered vintage.
Jewelry Warranty
Our warranty for jewelry covers any issues related to craftsmanship or material defects under normal wear conditions for one year from the date of purchase. This includes stone settings but excludes damage due to external factors, improper use, or unauthorized alterations. Please retain all documentation as proof of purchase.
Repairs
Watches purchased through Lucid Diamond Co. are covered by our limited one-year warranty, effective from the purchase date as indicated on the invoice. Any repairs performed by Lucid Diamond Co. within this period are also covered under our warranty.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty excludes:
- Damage from water or moisture, including loss of water resistance in vintage watches.
- External wear and tear, including damage to the case, crystal/glass, bracelet/band, bezel, straps, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any missing stones on the exterior.
- Conditions outside manufacturer guidelines.
- Performance issues, as most mechanical and quartz watches do not maintain perfect time.
- Any third-party repairs or modifications, which void our warranty.
Lucid Diamond Co. Authenticity Guarantee
Lucid Diamond Co. guarantees the authenticity of each watch we sell, having undergone rigorous inspection to ensure its genuineness. Note the following:
- Vintage and pre-owned watches may not retain original water resistance.
- Mechanical watches are delicate; refer to specifications for activities that could cause shock or damage.
- Vintage watches may contain repaired or aftermarket parts unless otherwise noted.
