All our jewelry is readily available and typically ships within one business day upon order receipt and bank/credit card verification. We offer free domestic shipping via FedEx 2-day, complete with full insurance coverage at no extra cost to you. Orders will be shipped to the nearest FedEx packing and shipping location.
Payment by Credit Card
Orders paid by credit card will ship only after the credit card company has approved and “settled” the order, typically each day at 8:00 pm CT. Orders placed before 12:00 pm CT will ship the next business day, while orders placed after 12:00 pm CT generally ship the second business day. All orders must be shipped to the address on file with your credit card company. If you wish to ship to an alternative address, please contact your credit card company to add an “alternate shipping address” on record for verification, as an additional fraud-prevention measure.
No orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, and we cannot guarantee any delivery date. Items ordered together may ship separately.
Payment by Wire
Orders paid by wire transfer will ship on the day we receive confirmation of funds from our bank. The cutoff time for receiving incoming wires is 1:00 pm CT. We accept only wire transfers (no ACH or other electronic transfers). Orders will be canceled for non-payment two business days after placement without receiving funds or proper confirmation.
Other Important Notes
FedEx is our primary shipping carrier, and alternative shipping methods are not accepted for purchases made on this site.
All U.S. orders are shipped via FedEx 2-day insured, with delivery on business days, Monday through Friday. There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
You must provide a street address. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories/Provinces.
Sales and Use Tax Notice
Many states now require residents to pay use tax if sales tax was not collected at the time of purchase. This applies to certain transactions, such as:
- Mail-order catalog purchases.
- Internet purchases.
- Purchases made in another state but shipped to your resident state.
If sales tax is not charged and the goods are shipped to you in your resident state, you may owe use tax to your state. Please consult your local taxing authority regarding your specific use tax obligations.
